CANCELLATION POLICY

Double Cleanse Skin LLC Deposit and Cancellation Policy: At Double Cleanse Skin, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to every client experience, the following policies apply to all bookings. ——— Deposit Policy: A non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. My booking system will send a deposit reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment. The deposit must be completed by that time in order to keep your reservation active. If the deposit is not completed and the appointment is not canceled by the 72 hour mark, Double Cleanse Skin LLC will process the deposit using the card on file at the end of that day. I will not be reaching out to confirm appointments. Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment and are non transferable and non refundable, except when proper notice is given as outlined in the cancellation policy below. By booking your appointment, you authorize Double Cleanse Skin LLC to charge the card on file for the deposit and for any fees associated with late cancellations or no shows. ——— Cancellation and No Show Policy: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. - Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, same day cancellations, and no shows will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service total to the card on file. ——— Late Arrival Policy: A 10 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client. If the service can no longer be performed due to the late arrival, the appointment may be considered a no show and fees will apply. ——— Charge Authorization and Chargeback Notice: By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your card on file may be charged in accordance with this policy. These charges are authorized and not eligible for dispute or chargeback, as your consent and acknowledgment are recorded at the time of booking. ——— Card on File Requirements: If the card on file is unavailable to be charged for a late cancellation or no show, the client must pay in full before booking future appointments. Future appointments may require prepayment and may need to be scheduled directly through Double Cleanse Skin LLC. ——— Authorization Clause: By booking your appointment you understand and agree to the following: I understand and agree to the deposit, cancellation, and no show policy set by Double Cleanse Skin LLC. I authorize Double Cleanse Skin LLC to charge my stored card for deposits, late cancellations, and no show fees as described. I understand these fees are non refundable and may not be disputed once charged.
